It seems that i've 2 problems:
- The type of oil
- Bad Rope Seal material

First of all, I'll try to change the type of oil, run some Km's and see what happens... I will post the results.

bambi, and me, we have this gasket rope sealing from Mercedes Benz W 115 in our "Badewanne"!

But we haven't the part number of this gasket. In this time 19:00 pm. I don't
reach somebody. Also you should measure it, before you buy it! You measure it by your motor, and you measure the rings (ropes), you get by Mercedes Benz!!! Control is all!!!
Tomorrow, I'll try to get this part number, and in the evening, I'll send it here to you.

Hi Nuno,

this morning, I've gone to this firm, which has built my old motor new. They haven't a part number, but I know more now!
There are 2 Diesel-Motors from this W 115 (old and newer) . You should take both ropes by Mercedes. One of this both are exactly thisone, which you need. The man doesn't know it exactly anymore??? And the Typs of these Mercedes-motors is called OM 636 and OM 615. And now, even you measure it by your motor, and than you can decide, what you'll need!
